We are responsible for the proper packaging of goods, labeling, and intact packaging, in line with the safety requirements and in accordance with the courier standards to go through the transportation process to ensure the safety of goods.
We are also responsible to ensure that the posting is accompanied by complete supporting documents. Duty rest solely on the Sender where Sender shall provide required documentation for customs clearance. By providing required documentation, the Sender certifies that all statements and information relating to exportation and importation are true and correct.
Refund & Exchange
We believe in customers must be informed about their rights to refunds.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not.
You can return a product for up to 7 days from the date you purchased it.
Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. As a reminder, please kindly keep the receipt.
